Step 1: Access Resume Screening via Workflow

1. Once you’ve created a job description in the Generate Job step, proceed to the second step in the Workflow: Screen Resumes.

2. Here, you can upload resumes directly for screening. RecruitIQ’s AI will begin analyzing resumes against the job description you just created.

Step 2: Screen Resumes from Job Details

If you’re revisiting resumes later, you can still access the screening feature:

1. Navigate to the Jobs Page from your RecruitIQ Dashboard.

2. Select the specific job you want to screen resumes for.

3. On the job details page, locate the Screen Resumes section. Click Upload Resumes to start the screening process.

Step 3: Upload and Screen Resumes

• Upload multiple resumes in PDF format.

• RecruitIQ’s AI will:

  • Parse each resume to extract key information.

  • Compare qualifications, skills, and experience with the job requirements.

  • Provide detailed insights and match scores for each candidate.
