RecruitIQ streamlines the job creation process, allowing you to either create a new job from scratch or copy and refine an existing job description. As part of RecruitIQ’s powerful Workflow component, generating jobs is intuitive, efficient, and designed to help you attract the best talent.
Step 1: Access the Workflow Component
Log in to your RecruitIQ Dashboard.
Navigate to the Workflow section from the sidebar.
Select the Generate Job step to begin creating your job description.
Step 2: Choose Your Approach
RecruitIQ offers flexibility:
Write from Scratch: Use our structured job creation interface to draft a job description tailored to your needs.
Copy an Existing Job: Paste an existing job description into the provided input field. RecruitIQ will analyze and optimize it with AI-generated insights.
Step 3: Add or Review Key Details
Input essential job details, including:
Job Title
Location
Employment Type
Salary Range (optional)
If you pasted an existing job, review the AI-suggested enhancements such as:

A compelling Company Overview

Save and Proceed: Move seamlessly to the next step in the workflow, such as resume screening or interview scheduling.
